LEGACY HIGHWAY FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT STATEMENT HAS BEEN RELEASED!

    The FEIS on the proposed Legacy Highway was released last week and despite some misleading media reports, there have been no federal decisions approving or declining construction of the highway. Public comment on this document is now being recieved by the Utah Department of Transportation and the Army Corps of Engineers. Our experts and attorneys are presently analyzing the document and we should have information to you soon.

    Right now, it is CRUCIAL that everyone against the Legacy Highway plan to attend a PUBLIC MEETING ON AUGUST 23rd AT 6:00pm to voice their comments against construction. This meeting will be held at Woods Cross High School. This location, just a couple of miles north of downtown Salt Lake on I-15, will make it convenient for everyone to attend.
